Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, our logistics partner deals in COD movement. But for orders which have an invoice value of above PKR 12,000 we require an advance deposit of 50% and the remaining amount to be paid as COD. In this case, we can offer the customer special service in-terms of tracking and visibility of their order. You can also pay 100% advance.

Do you offer free shipping?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free shipping for orders below PKR 5,500/- Our standard shipping charges are approximately PKR 200/-

In how many days will my product be delivered?

The delivery takes place between 3 to 5 business days, once we receive confirmation of your order. In case of unforeseen circumstances, it may take longer.

Can I track my shipment once the order is confirmed?

Yes, you will have access to the tracking, so you stay informed about the journey of your shipment.

How are your prices so competitive?

We have established a strong procurement line with long-term contracts with our suppliers. This allows us to procure high-performing SKUs at reasonable prices, so you don’t break the bank while shopping!

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. However, in a rare scenario, where you have received an incorrect product (something which you did not order), you can send it back to us, in its original packaging and unused status. We will be happy to return your amount, or exchange it with the correct product.

 

In certain cases, you can reach out to us on our contact details, and see if the case needs a special treatment. We would love to support our customers during their troubled times. All returns are to be initiated within 10 days of receiving the product. We are not liable for any replacement or refunds after said period.

 

BROKEN OR DAMAGED PRODUCT:

We will also refund the full amount of the product in case of breakage during delivery. The product will have to be sent back to us in certain cases for examination. Complaints of damaged, leaked or bad product must be filed within 48 hours of receiving your order. Company will take at least 72 hours to investigate the case before making a decision.

 

 

RETURNED AS REFUSED TO ACCEPT:

In case a client refuses to accept a dispatched order due to any reason, double delivery charges will apply for their next order. The said client will not be given Cash On Delivery option from that account, or any other account with the same delivery address from where order was refused. Client will only be able to place orders on Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit card payment, or EasyPaisa payment options for future orders.
